ANDY'S LEAVING THE CLAYMORE

After more than 10 years, 3 albums and numerous live performances we have to inform you that our singer, Andy, has decided to leave the band at the end of this year. We regret this deeply but respect his decision and wish him all the best!

"It wasn’t an easy decision for me to make after such a long time andso many unique experiences but I am personally on the threshold of new aims and challenges.

I would like to thank all our fans that have supported me grandiosely over the years. It was a really cool time! Special thanks go to Hardy, Chris, Kai, Sebastian and Gabriel for all the great experiences we had together over the last ten years! All those special moments, particularly on the stage will remain unforgettable! It was a great pleasure for me to be creative with you, to write brilliant songs, to release three albums and to rock various stages around the world whilst on the road! This will always remain a part of my life. I wish you continued success for many years to come."

However, our fans should know the four of usare continuing with full power!

New songs are on their way and a quite a few cool gigs are being planned for next year.

As soon as we have news of our new singer we’ll let you know.

And don’t forget: Andy’s official farewell show is on 10.12.2011 in the Matrix in Bochum!!!!

As the first show after our break we can offer you the "Thunder and Lightning Festival" on 20th august near Bonn. We play as support for "VICIOUS RUMORS" (US) and admission is free!!!
